Fresh & LocalWe are excited to announce that Market Umbrella has partnered with the French Market Corporation to create a year-round weekly farmers market in the French Market featuring local growers and products. In the coming months we’ll be engaging the community to see what products are needed and wanted, putting a call out for prospective vendors, and working with nearby businesses on ways to incorporate local products in their offerings. This market, slated to begin in October, will bring fresh local food to the French Quarter and allow us to expand our programs and offerings.
