PICK OF THE WEEK: Corn!

Did you know that corn is a great source of fiber, making it an important addition to anyone suffering from digestive? Try it grilled with butter, parmesan, and red chili powder for a Mexican inspired meal, or eat it raw at market for a sweet treat. You can find corn at market most Tuesdays and Saturdays from many of our regular produce vendors.
