Pick of the Week: Cantaloupe!With this summer heat lingering on, it’s nice to keep a stock of cool treats near by. And what’s a better summer time treat than a cool slice of cantaloupe? These popular melons aren’t just sweet, they’re also packed with anti-oxidants and are a great source of vitamins A and C. We’re really excited to see that Poché Family Farm has been bringing loads with them to our Tuesday and Thursday markets this week.
