Roll Dat Deaux is a New Orleans-based gourmet baking business offering handcrafted biscuits, cookies, bread, and specialty items like whipped honey and glazes—all made with mainly organic and locally sourced ingredients. Founded by Aaronlyn Breaux, a passionate home baker turned full-time entrepreneur, Roll Dat Deaux is rooted in community, quality, and southern tradition.
From classic buttermilk biscuits to creative flavors like Jalapeño Cheddar and Lemon Raspberry, each item is made with care and a commitment to freshness. Aaronlyn proudly sources ingredients from local vendors, including buttermilk from fellow Crescent City Farmers Market vendor T&R Dairy. With a background in health and wellness and a heart for food accessibility, she’s on a mission to make high-quality, preservative-free baked goods available to everyone, especially in underserved areas like her home neighborhood in the Lower 9th Ward.
Roll Dat Deaux currently operates out of a shared commercial kitchen and offers local delivery, pop-up market sales, and nationwide shipping. Plans are underway to expand into a dedicated bakery warehouse to support increased production and better serve the community.
