Paella NOLA
Paella NOLA fills the air at our Thursday Mid-City market with the mouth-watering aroma of paella, a classic yet versatile saffron rice dish originating from Spain. Paella NOLA prepares this dish on-site, bringing a Louisiana twist to paella by using fresh Gulf seafood, locally-made sausage, a hand-ground spice mix, and many other regional ingredients. Jacob and his cousin Nate began Paella NOLA in 2018, joined CCFM as a Green Plate Special vendor in 2019, and now bring their delicious cooking to market every Thursday! When not at market, Paella NOLA serves paella at festivals and private events. Check out Paella NOLA on Instagram and make sure to give their delectable dishes a try!
