They specialize in strawberries, cabbage, eggplant, cucumbers, bell peppers, and tomatoes, plus romaine lettuce and spring mix grown hydroponically! The dedication to growing high-quality produce is evident in the first bite of a strawberry or forkful of spring mix. Faust’s return to market signals a shift toward the cool-weather crop season.
